You may have noticed that three of our I&O Key Initiatives - IT Modernization, Virtualization/Consolidation, and ITIL/Process Improvement - have a new look (the Key Initiatives links are at the center right of IT Leaders I&O home page). Basically, what we have done is further categorize our best research for each of these Key Initiatives and in doing so, increased the number of research reports highlighted by threefold or more. First, we categorize the research into three phases: Plan, Build and Run. (For each Key Initiative, there are I&O leaders in each phase.) Second, within the phases, we build "Collections" - a body of research centered on a particular area. For example, in Plan, there is typically a "Getting Started" Collection - essentials of what you need to know to get started with that Key Initiative.

To help us decide how we proceed from here with this expanded coverage, could we please have your feedback?
