Monday: Register! If you have not done so already, no worries, it's not too late. Click here to register or call 1 800 778 1997. Be sure to book your flight and hotel while you are at it.

Tuesday: Plan your agenda for the week. With over 250 sessions there is so much to choose from. To help narrow things down we’ve created recommended agendas by role. Click here to visit agenda builder.

Wednesday: Be sure to check the latest travel policies to make sure your trip through the airport is seamless.

Thursday:
Once registered for the event keep an eye out for your Symposium Communities Online email invitation. Find out more about Symposium Communities.

Friday: Pack your bags. Find out 'weather' you should pack sunscreen or an umbrella.

Saturday: Take care of all your last minute errands and get a good night's sleep. You have a jam-packed week ahead of you where the information is plentiful, and the ZZZZZZ's are not.

Sunday:
Arrive and be prepared for a fantastic day - in fact we call it SUPER SUNDAY. Check out the agenda to see what’s in store to kick the week off. Click here for more info.

You have six days, make the most of them! We look forward to seeing you in Orlando.

Careful Planning Makes All The Difference
And we're not talking just about application management or enterprise architecture here. For first-time attendees, and even for you veterans, here are a few tips to keep in mind as you're preparing for Orlando.

For starters, dress at Symposium/ITxpo is business casual. Dressing in layers is always a good idea since temperatures can vary from meeting room to meeting room. Average temperature ranges in October for the area can be anywhere from the mid-80s to the mid-60s so layering helps outside too. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes. With more than 300,000 square feet of meeting space at the Dolphin alone, you'll be glad you did. If you have a laptop, bring an extra battery if you have one. While wireless access will be available throughout the Symposium/ITxpo campus, juicing up the laptop isn't quite as easy.

And last but not least, did you know they don't sell chewing gum or newspapers at Disney World? Or so we've heard. So if you like a stick of gum every now and then, be sure to bring your own.

If you've been to Symposium before, please send us your travel tips. We'd all appreciate the knowledge share.

Book 'em, Danno
Don't wait much longer to make hotel arrangements for your stay in Orlando. The Swan is the only four-night minimum hotel that is not sold out so get your reservation in before that one's booked too.

There are four hotels within the Disney campus that are available for a three-night minimum stay: Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside, All Star Sports and the Caribbean Beach Resorts. Gartner provides frequent shuttle service from these hotels to the meeting venues.
